GROUP TOUR POLICIES-

We offer group tour organizers our standard products and itineraries because they have been time tested, offer more attractions and sightseeing and are well within a limited amount of time.  We know of no other tour operator that can pack so much "doing" into such a short amount of time.   However, we do realize that sometimes it is advantageous to modify our standard itineararies to suit a particular groups needs.  We welcome you to contact us to discuss your specific ideas.

Our tours are based on "added value". What this means is that we package the whole "kit and caboodle" up as a "tour".  The tour usually includes, meals, hotels, porterage, and the tour itself with qualified tour directors who actually know all the history and details of the sightseeing that go along with the tour.  We are not in the business of flying people to Las Vegas and then dropping them off at a hotel for 5 nights!

Depending on your specific budget we can arrange tours based  on the type of hotel utilized from a one star to a four star deluxe.  Meals can be included or in some instances just limited meals. In addition, depending on the group size we may recommend a "van tour" or a rail tour, thus eliminating the high fixed cost of a full size coach which usually seats  47-58 people.

On many tours we are even able to operate "van tours" for as little as 6 or 8 people.  Please give us a call to discuss.  Using vans are especially popular for our California, Italy and Las Vegas/Grand Canyon tours.

Our policy has always been to afford the group tour organizer or the travel agent a complimentary trip.  In this respect we usually offer one free comp (on a double occupancy basis) on each 20 paid people.
